Alesha Davenport

I serve as Vice President of Operations at Sterger Law Group, where I bring more than 15 years of experience supporting executive leadership and managing operations in highly regulated environments. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University, graduating magna cum laude, an Associate’s degree in Health and Human Services, and I earned my Administrative Professional Certification in 2025.

My professional background was built in the pharmaceutical sector, where I developed a strong foundation in compliance, audit readiness, and organizational infrastructure. Today, I oversee firm-wide operational strategy at Sterger Law Group, supporting our civil litigation practice through thoughtful organizational design, administrative governance, and operational management. Much of my work focuses on strengthening internal systems, building scalable processes, and aligning people, policy, and technology to support the firm’s long-term growth and stability.

Outside the office, I enjoy the kind of adventures that require good boots, a reliable travel plan, and a husband willing to go along with ideas that usually start with, “I found this great place we should explore…”
